ALIVE AFTER 5 BEVERAGE SPONSOR
Request For Proposal 2024 Season


Downtown Boise Foundation is looking for RFP's for a 2024 Alive After 5 season sponsor.

In addition to being selected as the preferred beverage provider, the Beverage Sponsor will receive a comprehensive marketing package which may include radio, print, television and social media promotions, on-site signage, live PA mentions at the event, and more!

Proposals must be received by 4:00pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.

TIPS FOR CHARITY

Downtown Boise Foundation seeks applications from nonprofit organizations for it Tips For Charity program to provide bar volunteers for the 37th season of Alive After 5 Free Summer Concert Series to be held on The Grove Plaza in June, July, and August 2024.

Downtown Boise selection committee will choose two non-profit organizations to serve for 2-3 events each in exchange for bar tips. Organizations who have participated in past years are not guaranteed to be chosen but are still encouraged to apply.

The Tips for Charity program is a much-loved tradition that goes hand-in-hand with Alive After 5. Two local nonprofit organizations will be selected as this year’s beneficiaries of all tips collected at the bar during Alive After 5 concerts. Tips can be donated at the point of sale on The Grove Plaza when purchasing merchandise or beverages. 

Applications must be received by 4pm MST on Friday, February 23, 2024. The two non-profit participants will be notified by March 15, 2024.
