About Alive After 5
Alive After 5 returns June 2025 to the beautiful Grove Plaza in the heart of Downtown Boise. 2025 marks the 38th anniversary of Downtown Boise producing the free concert series, a celebration of summer and great music that brings a lineup of fun and fresh talent every Wednesday on The Grove Plaza running June through July.
Downtown Boise Foundation is thrilled to continue a partnership with local music booking agency Duck Club to bring new and exciting bands to perform at Alive After 5. A diverse, exciting lineup of musicians – both local openers and national and international headlining touring bands – are coming to the downtown stage this summer.

Concert Goers Guide:
Alive After 5 (AA5) is Boise’s longest running, all-ages,
FREE outdoor summer concert series produced annually by Downtown Boise
Foundation. AA5 fills The Grove Plaza Wednesdays, June through July 5-8pm, with a mix of nationally and internationally touring artists and local
talent.
AA5 celebrates diversity and inclusion. Music is a shared
experience that brings people from all backgrounds together; we strive to
create a community event where everyone feels welcome and a part of Downtown
Boise.
A few notes to make your free concert experience the most
fun:

PLAY! DT Plays will be onsite! Kiddos and adults
alike can enjoy free games and fun while listening to the concerts. Also make
sure to visit partner booths at each concert for games, giveaways, and
merchandise.

STAY COOL! A variety of cold beverages,
including N/A, will be offered for sale. Beer, wine, and seltzer options
require a wristband - don’t forget your ID! Tips collected at the bars benefit
that concert’s partner non-profit. A water fountain is also on site – and the
splash pad is on!

HAVE FUN! Dance! Stomp! Clap! Fans of all ages
will be enjoying the concert right alongside you – make them feel welcome!

AA5 FOR ALL! Accessible bathrooms are provided,
and most furniture is movable. Staff are ready and happy to help! Accessible
parking stalls can be found throughout downtown and in the nearby public
parking garages. Medical services will be on-site; the info booth serves as a
N/A bar and family reunification station.

Remember that the pavement will be very hot – we
suggest that you leave your pets at home.
· There is no smoking of any kind allowed in The Grove Plaza.
Tips For Charity:
The Tips for Charity Program is a much-loved tradition that goes hand-in-hand with Alive After 5. Jesse Tree and Wassmuth Center for Human Rights, two local nonprofit organizations, are 2025’s beneficiaries of all tips collected at the bar during Alive After 5 concerts. Tips can be donated at the point of sale on The Grove Plaza when purchasing merchandise or beverages.
