Learn hands-on the art of hog, rabbit, and goat butchery, taught by local chef Nate Whitley and Global Gardens Program Manager Rabiou Manza. Participating farmers are Hen & Hare Farm, McIntyre Farms and Malheur River Meats.

Cost: $50 (Scholarships available if cost is a concern, email hello@fareidaho.org for more details). Class will be limited to 6 people on a first come, first serve basis.

This class will be both informative and entertaining. Students will be involved in breaking down the carcass of each species.
