Our public meeting will begin with an introductory presentation by Extinction Rebellion (XR Boise) on Monday, March 9th, 7-9 pm at the Hayes Auditorium, Boise Downtown Library. Speakers will share the latest climate science, evidence for ecological breakdown, and how we need to come together as citizens of Boise, the U.S. and the world and take strong collective action to protect all life on earth. Following the presentation, we will break into “affinity groups” to support our presence at the upcoming Earth Day on April 22. Learn more about the hundreds of thousands of Extinction Rebellion activists around the world who are standing up for humanity and the earth through nonviolent direct action. Together, we must compel government and business to act on reversing ecological and climate breakdown.
