Book signing and release part for Scott Looney's new book!Come meet local author Scott Looney and celebrate the publishing of his new book, Finding the Elixir. Scott Looney is a native of Caldwell, Idaho and a teacher in Boise. This is his first published book, and it follow his journey towards happiness through unexpected friendships and spontaneous travel.
