Join ULI-Idaho and several industry partners for a half-day conference discussing net zero practices and sustainability initiatives.

We have developed a wide range of resources and discussion topics to help ULI members and the broader real estate and land use community better understand the business case for a path to net zero.

ULI Idaho is excited to welcome national keynote speaker Billy Grayson, who will start things off over lunch with a presentation overviewing these topics, looking at what is being done in our region, and explore tools to help operationalize sustainability in your community, projects, and portfolios.

Attendees will then attend (2) separate breakout sessions, choosing from 3 different themed tracks focused around key industry topics, giving attendees the ability to select their sessions to deep dive in to where they’d like to learn more.

Sessions will consist of panel discussions and presentations.
