From Sacajawea to Kristin Armstrong, Idaho women have and continue to forge new paths. On March 13, 2021, the Idaho State Museum will open a new interactive and engaging exhibition, Trailblazing Women of Idaho. The women highlighted throughout the exhibition have impacted the political, cultural, economic, academic, social, and civic fields. They have been voices for change, barrier breakers, revolutionaries, and more. These are women that have defined Idaho history.
Their stories remind us that anyone can be a trailblazer. A lineup of programming will follow the duration of the exhibition at the Idaho State Museum.
