We are excited to release our Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout on Thor's Day 6/25!

BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL: Barbarian's version is a 10% Imperial Stout made with Mecca Grade Estate malt, Oregon Fruit Products blackberries, real Tahitian vanilla beans and caramel.

Available on draft and in 16oz to go crowlers.
We will be canning a limited amount with the official Black is Beautiful label but availability is tbd. The cans will also be available online for curbside pickup.

The Black is Beautiful initiative is a collaborative effort among the brewing community and its customers, in an attempt to bring awareness to the injustices that many people of color face daily. Started by Weathered Souls Brewing Co., the mission is to bridge the gap that's been around for ages and provide a platform to show that the brewing community is an inclusive place for everyone of any color.

There are 723 breweries (and counting!) from 50 States and 13 countries participating in the Black is Beautiful beer initiative.

100% of the proceeds from Barbarian's Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout will be donated to a new non-profit in Boise called Inclusive Idaho. Representatives from Inclusive Idaho will be at the Downtown Taproom from 5-8pm if you'd like to meet and talk with them.

Inclusive Idaho's mission: Inclusivity is the solution to the societal barriers of belonging and advancement for minority groups, women, disabled individuals, refugees, and those with marginalized gender and sexual orientations. We aim to create a more inclusive Idaho for all Idahoans.
