Join SheJumps Boise for an evening you won’t want to miss with nutritionist Amanda Johnson, known as @wildlyfed_fntp on Instagram. On September 1, Amanda will be diving deeper into the conversation of nutrition in relation to Outdoor adventures.

During this event, Amanda will share nutrition basics for on and off the trail, talking about a balanced diet, managing macronutrients, how to properly fuel/hydrate your body for intense exercise, and what to pack when going on a multi-day trips (backpacking/camping), how to dehydrate some of your own meals at home, as well as digestion- your food is only as good as your ability to digest it.

We will also quickly dive into ways to support our relationship with food and mindfulness, and how these two can help support our energy and digestion. We will end with an open Q&A.
