Idaho Mountains
Chris Derbidge had always been interested in art, especially in oil painting, but never the time or opportunity to pursue it. Born and raised in southern Idaho, Derbidge has spent her life hiking and camping in the Pioneer, Boulder, and Sawtooth mountains. After retirement, a friend took her to an oil painting class. She was hooked, and now is basically a landscape painter and the inspiration for her work comes from those memories. First Thursday reception is October 3rd from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Music: Wayne White, Tastings by Indian Creeks Winery, snacks by ASG, runs through October 31st.
