Rolling Tomato is a local nonprofit with a mission to make food waste history. Perfectly edible food that would normally end up in the landfill is distributed to places like schools, senior and veteran living facilities, food pantries, and beyond. On Monday, March 18th, Rolling Tomato volunteers and founder Julie D'Agostino will be at Payette Brewing Co. from 6-10pm, and 50 % of proceeds from draft beer sales directly benefit this growing operation. Venue is kid and dog friendly, with a food truck onsite. See you there!
