Early in 2020 a conversation with Collin from Boise Brewing unearthed this data point: every 6-pack purchased outside his brewery puts 50 cents in his business’ pocket, but that same 6-pack purchased at the brewery itself gives them $5. Supporting local, and straight at the source, not only supports our local economy but boosts small business owners like Collin directly. April is Idaho Craft Beer Month and Downtown Boise is lucky enough to boast eight craft breweries and innumerous tap rooms, restaurants, and bottle shops providing our community with delicious brews.
