Come to our 4th annual Fiber Frolic, an event celebrating the fiber arts.
The Fiber Frolic is day-long festival in downtown Boise that celebrates Idaho wool, sheep, and Basque history. All are invited to experience the frolic with educational booths, wooly vendors, crafts, and a community yarn-bombing installation!
The Twisted Ewe yarn shop in Garden City ID, created the Fiber Frolic to enact its mission—to build community with the fiber arts. The Fiber Frolic is made possible through collaborations with the the Basque Community, City of Boise Arts and History, and the Idaho Wool Grower's Association.
Saturday September 24th is a day full of events in downtown Boise. Spend the day downtown to catch all the action!
- Fiber Frolic at the Basque Block
- Boise Farmer's Market
- Flywheel Fest at Jump
- Oktober Fest at the Basque Block
The Fiber Frolic creates an enriching educational and vibrant experience for all, including the folks who grew up raising sheep in 4-H and to those unfamiliar with wool.
