April 21-23, 2020 Capitol Cellars Restaurant will donate 10% of all sales to Metro Meals on Wheels to assist them in getting nutritional meals to those most adversely affected by the ramifications of the coronavirus outbreak in our community. This will apply to all food and drink orders during this time period. Capitol Cellars is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a. m. to 7 p. m. for curbside take out. The Smyser family appreciates the support of our loyal customers and all the new customers who are taking advantage of our quality curbside menu and we ask you to join with us in support for the Metro Meals on Wheels from April 21-23.
