b|wise is a structured mentoring experience that matches 4-6 young professionals with a mentor to discuss leadership, personal and professional development.
Two series are held each year, one in the Fall and Spring. It is important to review the preferred meeting time of mentors when making your mentor selection. Groups will meet approximately 6 times between kick-off and the wrap up for each series.
Why Mentor/Be Mentored?
Being a mentor or mentee in BYP’s b|wise program allows you to connect with individuals along similar career paths or ambitions, empower change through your personal and professional experience, but most of all to engage in a mutually beneficial relationship, where both mentees and mentors have the capacity to learn from one another.
Cost: $35. Offered to BYP members only.
Our Spring 2022 b|wise Kickoff will be on Wednesday, August 24th from 12-1 pm at the Boise Metro Chamber!
