Bring your friends, family, and kiddos to this unique combination of yoga and art! Take a 45-minute All-Levels Yoga Class with Jamie, then head directly across the hall to the art Studio! Heidi Cabrera, artist and owner, will guide you in making pressed flower cards or pictures for your holiday gift-giving or just for YOURSELF!
