This year's Summit theme is "Idaho’s Past, Present, and Future: Advancing Innovation through Equity and Belonging". This two-day event will include several workshops to chose from with topics around DEI toolkits, cross-generational collaboration & workplace opportunities for inclusion & equity. Day two will conclude with a moving & powerful keynote speaker & a social hour to wrap up the event.
