The Boise Record Show and Swap will return to The Basque Center for our 12th annual show!
After a successful show at this new location in 2019, we were eager to reserve space for our next show and didn't delay. For 2021, we're expanding the number of available tables to make room for more dealers and even more vinyl!
COVID PROTOCOLS: In accordance with current health recommendations for public events, masks are recommended for vendors, volunteers and attendees regardless of vaccination status and masks are required for anyone who is not vaccinated. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be provided free of charge.
DEALERS: Reservations are now being accepted. Six-foot banquet tables are $25 each. To register, email vpsidaho[at]yahoo.com or call (208) 869-0485 (Travis) or (208) 284-0355 (Chad). We anticipate reaching capacity quickly (the last three shows have been sellouts), so we recommend reserving your tables sooner than later.
Keeping with the Society charter, the selling of CDs, cassettes or other non-vinyl audio formats is prohibited; however, vintage audio equipment, concert posters and related collectibles are acceptable (and popular with attendees).
The Basque Center has a great loading zone in front of the entrance and a great bar in back of the ballroom. As in past years, we'll have a small army of volunteers to assist dealers with load-in and load-out.
Discounted lodging for out-of-town dealers will be available with our sponsor, the Modern Hotel and Bar.
General admission for the public is $5 beginning at 10am; VIP early admission hour is $10 beginning at 9am. A free raffle ticket is included with all admissions.
