The Foundation for Idaho History presents 11th Annual Wine, Eats, and Artifacts
Idaho’s Premier History Event
Thursday, October 24th, 6:00 p.m. Idaho State Museum, 610 Julia Davis Drive, Boise
Silent Auction, No-host cocktails, and heavy Hors d'oeuvres
On Display “Banner of the Idaho Council of Women’s Voters” dimensions 66” x 34 1/2”
Designed and painted by Marie Isabella Duffie Irvin, artist and avid supporter of women’s suffrage
Carried in the 1913 Women’s Suffrage Parade held in Washington D.C. by the Idaho delegation. Sarah Phillips, Curator of Collections and Nicole Inghilterra, Capitol Curator, Idaho State Historical Society will speak about the history of the banner.
