Join us as we celebrate three years of The Avery Brasserie with a special anniversary dinner honoring the dishes, people, and moments that have shaped our story.

For one evening, Chef Cal Elliott, James Beard Award semifinalist, revisits a collection of guest favorites from our opening menu alongside standout dishes from the years that followed. Rooted in seasonality and inspired by the exceptional ingredients of this region, the menu reflects not only the evolution of The Avery, but also the local farmers, ranchers, fishers, and artisans whose dedication has helped define our table since day one.

Each course celebrates the ingredients, flavors, and partnerships that have shaped The Avery's table and the community that has gathered around it. The evening's menu will be complemented by curated wine pairings from Wine Director Kim Collins, thoughtfully selected to showcase each dish and the region's bounty.
