After a two-year hiatus, The Morrigan and Elixir of the Gods vertical pairing dinner is back with Kismet Kitchen!*Tickets must be purchased in advance. There is a 1pm and a 3pm seating. Start with an appetizer and glass of Raspberry Elixir of the Gods, followed by two hearty plates paired with 3-year verticals of The Morrigan and Pomegranate Elixir of the Gods.~ Course One ~
2022 Raspberry Elixir of the Gods paired with: Bacon Marmalade, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Phyllo Cup, Pickled Grape, Micro Green, Balsamic Reduction~ Course Two ~
Elixir of the Gods 2019, 2020, 2021: Pomegranate sour Quadruple aged in Port wine barrels paired with:
Grilled Ballard Golden Greek Cheese, Polenta, Cream Sherry Beurre Blanc, Sautéed Mushrooms, Arugula, Roasted Garlic Truffle Oil~ Course Three ~
The Morrigan 2020, 2021, 2022: Bourbon barrel imperial stout paired with: Braised Beef with Morrigan Mole, Butternut Squash Hash, Pickled Onions, Cotija Cheese, Pickled Fresno Peppers, Chimichurri~ Dessert Bite ~
Morrigan infused chocolate truffle with smoked sea salt. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE, gratuities included in ticket price.A select number of 2018-2021 bottles of The Morrigan and Elixir of the Gods will be available for purchase after dinner.
