Tanya Cope fell in love with standup comedy at the tender age of 45 and she's been causing mayhem in the West Coast comedy scene ever since.
If you've ever been in a room with Tanya Cope, you know it. Cope is a force of nature, a petite powerhouse with ferocious wisdom, undeniable insights, and a sidesplitting sense of humor about the chaos and beauty of life. The weekly host and vibe curator of the legendary Late Night Open Mic, Tanya has been shepherding the young, talented, and drunk of downtown Boise for many moons. Now she's stepping into the spotlight for a headlining weekend at her home club. Put on your slickers and your wellies, Hurricane Tanya is a'comin'.
