Skip the backyard plans. Red, White & Rooftop is how the Fourth should look: a private takeover of Hotel Renegade's entire 8th Floor for a night that trades folding chairs for skyline views and turns a classic cookout into something worth getting dressed for. Fireworks view included, obviously.
