Exposure to Development: Black & White Film Workshop

Discover the journey from making an exposure to developing your own negatives.

We'll begin at a designated Boise location with an introduction to film photography fundamentals, including camera operation, exposure, and techniques for working with black & white film. After a guided photo walk and shooting session, we'll return to The Darkroom at Lenses & Brushes for a darkroom safety orientation and hands-on film development workshop.

Working in a small group of just four participants, you'll receive personalized instruction while learning the essential skills needed to confidently shoot and process black & white film.

• Roll of black & white film

• Film photography instruction

• Guided photo walk

• All chemistry and processing supplies

• Archival negative sleeves
