Mad Swede Brew Hall has teamed up with our neighbors on Bannock Street to pull out all the stops this Valentine's Day! Head Chef Ryan Reynolds has designed a four course meal that incorporates ingredients from City Peanut Shop, The Chocolat Bar, and even Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. Each course comes with beer pairings, and Coiled Wines will provide wine pairings for those who are not beer-inclined. The menu includes hand-rolled gnocchi, a sweetheart salad with smoked trout, and more.
It will be entirely gluten free, with a vegetarian option on the second and entree courses. Cost is $65 per person. See website for details and to reserve your table.
