Narrative 4, in collaboration with the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights and Idaho Public Television, invites the Boise community to come together for A Harvest of Stories: How Do Our Voices Build Community? on Wednesday Oct. 29, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. at the Wassmuth Center in downtown Boise.

This free gathering will bring together people from across the Boise area for an evening of storytelling, film, conversation and delicious food, all setting the stage for an exploration on how we build community and find common ground in times of division.

The evening’s schedule includes:
Dinner by Open Table Boise, featuring local, seasonal dishes.
A mini Story Exchange led by Narrative 4 facilitators.
The premiere screening of The Blessings of Liberty, a new Idaho Public Television documentary on citizenship and volunteerism, introduced by Bill Manny, Executive Producer at IPTV.
“Voices of Boise” storytelling segment, highlighting Narrative 4’s work in Idaho and featuring Johanna Bringhurst of the Idaho Humanities Council, Jess Westhoff of the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights and a local student.
Community panel discussion on connection, civic engagement and volunteerism, featuring Shannon McGuire of the Erma Hayman House, whose program “Race, Place and Grace” is featured in the film.

This event is free and open to the public, with dinner provided. Space is limited to 50 guests. Register at: https://narrative4.com/program/n4-programs/a-harvest-of-stories/
