FIVE COURSE WINE DINNER 🍷
You’re invited to join us for a five course wine dinner featuring wines from Poliziano Winery. You’ll also have a chance to hear from our guest speaker, Francesco Carletti whose family owns and started the winery - he is third generation!
Chef Evan and the culinary team have created a menu to pair perfectly with each wine you’ll be experiencing.

First Course
- Poliziano Rosso Di Montepulciano DOC, 2021
- Warm Lentil Salad
Frisee, Local Mushrooms, Pancetta, Preserved Lemon, Tarragon

Second Course
- Poliziano Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano DOCG, 2019
