The Vanguard offers a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features full kitchens equipped with modern appliances and finishes, spacious bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Select apartments have balconies, and North-facing apartments have stunning views of the mountains. All apartments have large windows with plenty of natural light.

Also, before you ask, yes - your pet is more than welcome. We love them too.

In terms of amenities, we have you covered. Meet your neighbors in our resident lounge and lobby, equipped with both work space and gathering space. If you’re working from home but need a second space to have a quiet Zoom call, we have that too. Our mailroom is also secured for all of your packages and deliveries. And at the end of the day, bring your grilling skills to the roof, and relax by the fire pit overlooking the mountains.
