For over a decade, Boise Fry Company has been proudly serving the Treasure Valley. We want to support the communities that support us and source the highest quality and most local potatoes, meat, produce and buns we can get our hands on. Fry fans can choose from six varieties of potatoes, with are cut daily into different fry styles, and then doctor up their fry bowls with BFC's assortment of house-made seasonings and sauces. Fries are our specialty, but we recommend a burger on the side and have five protein options along with four specialty topping recipes to complete your meal. Gluten-free and vegan options are always on the menu. Open for dine-in seven days a week. Online ordering, to-go, and subside pickup available.
