Experiencing Zoom fatigue? Are you tired of sitting at the computer without talking to a living soul? It’s time to reconnect and become inspired by others. Female entrepreneurs and co-founders, authors and business leaders Megan McCann and Jennifer Ludington are hosting a one-day event at the Amsterdam Lounge in downtown Boise specifically for ambitious Idaho women in business who are ready to ascend to the next level.

With an edgy vibe, live music and mimosas on tap, the Women in Business Leadership Lounge offers local Boise businesswomen an opportunity to connect and develop business relations.

“Experiential learning through face-to-face connection can be life-changing,” says Ludington. “The Women in Business Leadership Lounge is an opportunity to give women an experience. To laugh, cry, hug, dance, drink and truly feel. We want our attendees to leave remembering the conversations and how we made them feel.”

The Lounge includes a well-versed schedule with music, connection, business and leadership development, a champagne-infused reception and tools for creating new revenue streams in your business. In addition, McCann and Ludington have hand-selected special guest speakers to present, including celebrity nutritionist Cristy “Code Red” Nickel, TedX Speaker Pirie Jones Grossman, and renowned copywriter Andrea Dell.

“We created this event because, and to be completely honest, we became tired of the average ‘networking’ events with forced conversations and small talk,” said McCann. “We wanted to host something edgy, fun and outside of the box for women in business to have fun and organically connect.”

Women are at their best when they lock arms, and Ludington and McCann have built their visibility and business growth on connection through strategic partnerships. Their goal is to connect women in business to become more successful together. While the Lounge itself is just one day, joining this community is a lifetime journey because being an entrepreneur can sometimes feel isolating. “When people join our community, chances are they will stay awhile because they know we care about them,” said McCann. “This mentality bleeds into our clients.
