Behold, the power of cheese! There’s an old adage that states, “Buy wine over apples and sell it over cheese” which highlights how well wine and cheese pair together. In this class we’ll taste five distinct styles of wine (white, rose, orange, red, and fortified) and pair them with different cheeses. We’ll explore the why behind each pairing and you’ll explore your own pairings as well. This hands on class will leave you with more knowledge and insight into just how wine and cheese can pair together deliciously!
