Join our Wine Guide Michael as we answer these questions and many more as we explore the relationship between wine and wood, which goes back thousands of years. Taste oaked and unoaked versions of wines to see how oak changes the profiles and get an understanding of what makes winemakers decide: to oak or not to oak!
