Join our founder, Kat, as you explore how volcanic soils—rich in pumice, basalt, and volcanic ash—impart unique characteristics to wine, creating bottles with pronounced minerality, vibrant acidity, and complex flavor profiles that speak directly to their fiery origins. You’ll taste wines from iconic volcanic regions including Sicily’s Etna Rosso, Greece’s Assyrtiko from Santorini, Hungary’s Tokaj, and selections from volcanic sites in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Northern California.

Perfect for wine enthusiasts looking to expand their palate and understanding of terroir’s most extreme expression. Light cheese and charcuterie will be provided to pair with the wines.
