Join us for a hands on class where we explore the versatile and delicious jackfruit as a meat substitute. We will be making familiar favorites like crab rangoon, barbecue tacos, and crab cakes using jackfruit as the main ingredient. At the end of the class we will sit down to share these appetizers. Recipes and samples to take home. Beverages available for purchase. Ages 13 and up. Registration ends Tuesday, March 13.
