• $8 Roasted Beet Salad- Fried Garlic, Olive Oil, Sherry, Valdeon Cheese, Candied Corn Nuts.
• $14 Duck, Duck, Toast- pan roasted duck breast, seared Foie Gras, French Toast and Fruit.
ENTREES
• $27 Beef Tenderloin Medallion- Pan seared, herb mashed potato, blue cheese crème Catalan, poached pear.
• $24 Grilled Prawns with Truffled Queso y Pimento Pasta- Grilled prawns with truffled cheese and black pepper tossed spaghetti.
DESSERTS
