Thrive: Community Wellness Festival
Join us for the 2nd annual of Thrive: Community Wellness Festival, a FREE daylong celebration of all things wellness in the Treasure Valley, hosted by Upward Inertia and Dharma Dr.
Thrive will feature nearly 30 classes, ranging from Yoga, Dance, and Breathwork, to Functional Medicine and Financial Literacy. We'll also have more than 50 local vendors, delicious food trucks, community art projects, face painting, a raffle, and LuluLemon enter-to-win (free!) and the JUMP slides will be open!
The event is free to the public; donations encouraged. All proceeds from this event will support Upward Inertia, a local 501c3 nonprofit working to imrpove the mental, physical, and social-emotional health of Idaho's most marginalized communities, through the use of mind-body based education and intervention.
