~ HEL'S FURY ~
Russian Imperial Stout served on Nitro.

~ BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY ~
Traditional Czech style Pilsner with Czech Saaz hops and Czech floor malted Pilsner.
5.5% abv
Draft & Crowler available
~PEACH BOURBON SOUR~ A blend of spontaneously fermented sours aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels then finished with 200 pounds of peaches.

BOTTLE RELEASES:
~CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY STOUT~ Bourbon barrel imperial stout aged in Woodford Reserve barrels for a year then finished with cacao nibs and 150 pounds of strawberries. VERY LIMITED QUANTITY of bottles available.

~AMALGAMATION~ Since our bartenders are so great at blending and mixing beers to create their own concoctions, Co-Owner and Head Brewer, James, decided to do the same with a few barrel aged beers from the cellar. Behold the AMALGAMATION Brewer's Blend featuring our 2021 Thor's Might, 2019 The Morrigan, 2020 Elixir of the Gods, 2020 Jormungandr, and 2022 Old Man Dirk.

~SOTOL BARREL SAISON~ Sotol is a North American desert plant of the agave family used to make a distilled spirit very similar to tequila. We aged this Saison with brettanomyces and agave nectar in barrels from a distillery in West Texas that specializes in Sotol spirits.
