We are releasing THREE new barrel aged beers on draft this week; two sours and one Bourbon barrel Imperial Stout!
Open from 4-10pm. Food available from our neighbors, Calle 75 Street Tacos.

~ LIMONCELLO 2023~
Limoncello is the national drink of Italy and is the perfect digestif for a hot summer’s day. Our Limoncello sour is light, sweet and has a bright tang of lemons. We aged our spontaneously fermented golden sour with Sicilian lemon juice and vanilla beans from Madagascar.

The Manhattan Project is a blend of our spontaneously fermented gold sour aged in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel and a cherry bitters barrel.

~BLITZKRIEG B.O.P. 2023~
Hey Ho! Pistachio! Bourbon, Orange and Pistachio run a blitzkrieg on your taste buds! This Imperial Stout was aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels then finished on oranges and pistachio flour.

~THOR'S MIGHT~ Hold on to your Mjölnir! This is a mighty ale that is brewed to the strength of the God of Thunder. Thor's Might is an American style Barleywine aged in freshly poured Bourbon barrels. Be wary, mere mortals. This ale packs a thunderous wallop!
