VALKRYIE:
Farmhouse Sour Ale with elderflowers and Sauvignon Blanc juice. Valkyries are Odin’s female warriors that fly next to him in battle and take ½ of the slain warriors to Valhalla.

SPAWN OF BARBARIAN
Spawn of Barbarian was born in our koelschip on a chilly autumn night in 2019. He slumbered in a blend of oak barrels before he was summoned to devour a horde of huckleberries in the winter of 2021. Spawn is a true amalgamation of Idaho flora and fruit, perfectly fusing the tartness of the huckleberry with the acidity of the spontaneously fermented sour.

THOR'S MIGHT
Hold on to your Mjolnir! This is a mighty ale that is brewed to the strength of the God of Thunder. Thor's Might is a Barleywine that we aged in freshly poured bourbon barrels.

THE RESERVE MORRIGAN
Bottled STILL (uncarbonated)! We took The Morrigan Imperial Stout and aged it in red wine barrels for 18 months with 50 pounds each of Petite Verdot and Petite Syrah juice. This is the first STILL beer we have bottled in the history of Barbarian.
