Huckleberry SPAWN OF BARBARIAN:
The spontaneously fermented sour Spawn of Barbarian was born on a chilly autumn night in 2018. It then hibernated in a neutral 600 liter oak puncheon until it was awakened by a feast of Idaho huckleberries in the spring of 2020. This version of Spawn is significantly more acidic than the 2018 vintage, so beware of its bite!
ABV: 6%

RAGNARöK:
Old Norse for "Fate of the gods." Vikings believed that this would be the end of times and after great battles and natural disasters, the world would be submerged in water. The 2020 Ragnarök is a SPONTANEOUSLY FERMENTED red sour that we aged in a 600L puncheon and gave a final rest with peaches.
We brewed this spontaneous sour ale in our coolship during the spring of 2019 and let it age until summer of 2020.
ABV: 7%

OLD MAN DIRK:
The Bourbon barrel aged version of our Scottish ale, the Dirk.
ABV: 8.2%

FALL ALE:
Rye ale made with traditional Belgian made malts and brewed with a blend of expressive yeasts.
ABV: 5.6%
