Made with Mosaic, Southern Cross and Nelson Hops. This hop trio was picked to give the traditional west coast profile of passionfruit, tropical fruit and some dank pine.

~ Ragnarök 2024 ~
Ragnarök is Old Norse for "Fate of the gods." Vikings believed that this would be the end of times and after great battles and natural disasters, the world would be submerged in water. Ragnarök is our spontaneously fermented red sour base aged in various barrels and given a final rest with peaches.

A blend of Brown Ales aged with brettanomyces and finished with raspberries. A little caramely, sweet and funky with a hefty raspberry finish.
