Art Source Gallery presents The Quiet Between the Horizons, a September exhibition featuring oil landscape paintings by Lisa Bower. Inspired by her travels and the ever-changing interplay of light, land and sky, Bower's realistic paintings celebrate the quiet beauty of nature. A free opening reception with live music and refreshments will be held Thursday, Sept. 3, from 5 to 9 p.m. at 1516 W. Grove St., Boise.
