The Film & Darkroom Experience is a hands-on film photography workshop for couples, friends, and family who want to slow down, create together, and walk away with hand-developed photographs—and a story to tell.

You’ll share a camera and follow a playful photography scavenger hunt designed to guide your images, spark conversation, and take the guesswork out of what to photograph. Prompts may include capturing portraits of your partner, shared details, and moments that reflect your connection.

After shooting your roll, you’ll step into the darkroom to develop your film side-by-side. While your negatives dry, enjoy drinks and light appetizers in a relaxed, intimate setting before returning to the darkroom to create your prints. Watching your image appear in the developer tray is pure magic—and even better when shared.

No prior film or darkroom experience is needed. All materials are provided, and you’ll be guided through each step in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or creativity, this is a Valentine’s experience you’ll actually remember.
