Step into the magic of analog photography. In this immersive camp, students learn how to shoot on 35mm film, develop their own negatives, and create prints in the darkroom. From loading film to watching images appear in the developer tray, this experience blends science, art, and storytelling in a way digital simply can’t replicate. Cameras available or bring your own. No experience needed.
**Want to dive even deeper into photography this summer? Students enrolled in Film Photography & Darkroom Magic can expand their experience by adding Photography as Storytelling: Summer Intensive and/or Creative Digital Photography at a discounted rate. Together, these camps create a full photography immersion — exploring analog and digital techniques, visual storytelling, camera fundamentals, darkroom printing, editing, and creative expression. Perfect for young photographers ready to explore multiple ways of seeing and creating.
