Refreshing and bright, these wines cross styles and regions. From Prosecco to Cava, California sparkling to Champagne, we’ll explore various winemaking techniques for crafting summer bubbles as well as taste five prime examples of these wines. Find your favorite summer sparkler without leaving the Treasure Valley!
In addition, light cheese and charcuterie will be served to round out the experience.
