An exciting development is coming to the Payette Tap Room, and we want YOU to try it first.

We’ve recently collaborated with Chef Michael Large of Queens Food Trailer to craft a rotating menu of high quality pub style food that pairs perfectly with our most popular beers on tap. Starting in early February, our Tap Room will offer this menu every day from Chef Michael’s in-house, all-from-scratch cooking trailer, as an alternative to our ever-changing menus from our rotating food trucks.
