Learn how to make the national dish of Spain! We will demonstrate the traditional techniques for making delicious chicken, chorizo, and seafood paella. Be sure to arrive a half hour early (5:30 pm) to enjoy some wine, settle in, and get ready to watch the magic happen at 6 pm! Classes include pintxos, a wine tasting, and of course a hefty serving of paella as the grand finale. Watch as Tony and Tara, bring the vibrant traditions and culture to life.
