“No Proof is in the Pudding” is an alcohol-free cocktail Mix-Off featuring six local bartenders competing in two zero-proof rounds: a classic cocktail riff and a free-form creation. Tasting tickets will be available for attendees to sample competing cocktails and vote for the People’s Choice Award. The winning cocktail will be featured as a menu item at the winning establishment.

This event kicks off the Third Annual Temperance Trail, a Dry January passport experience highlighting alcohol-free options at bars, restaurants, and specialty retail across Boise and Garden City (Jan 11–Feb 1).

Event is open to the public.
