Celebrate Global Wellness Day with a free outdoor wellness experience hosted by F45 Training Downtown Boise at Green Acres.

Start your morning with movement, music, and a whole lot of energy. Join the optional run/walk, jump into a high-energy outdoor workout, shop local wellness vendors, enjoy DJ Prika, and stick around for food, drinks, yard games, and all the Green Acres fun.

Schedule:

🏃 9:00am | Optional Pre-Workout Run/Walk

💪 9:30am | Outdoor Workout hosted by F45 Training Downtown Boise

Just bring water and get ready to move!

🌿 10:30am–2:00pm(ish) | Hang out at Green Acres

Explore local wellness vendors, grab food from local food trucks, enjoy drinks, live music, yard games, and a full day of fun in the park.
