Join us for this 3 day classical culinary intensive. Students will learn to master classic culinary techniques starting with a strong foundation in proper knife skills. Learn how to safely slice & dice, sear proteins, sauté, season, master sauce making, & learn the art of French dough including Pate Brisee & Pate Sucree to name a few!
